Taste the Season: Mushrooms | Aarhus

An evening at Salling ROOFTOP centred on mushrooms. The kitchen serves the ingredient in multiple interpretations - from light dishes to more substantial flavours.

Upon arrival at 17:30 you'll be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, followed by three courses with a view over the city:

1st course: Mushroom toast with redcurrant and spinach in green oil. Waffle with a symphony of mushrooms and fried oyster mushrooms.

2nd course: Small tortillas with chilli-roasted mushrooms, coriander, pickled red onion and tarragon cream, plus grilled portobello mushrooms, fresh cheese, burnt onion and pickled red onion. Arancini with mushrooms, truffle mayonnaise and roasted root vegetable chips.

3rd course: Pavlova in a glass with seasonal berries and white chocolate.

Places are limited, and the bar closes at 19:30.
