Lecture with Kim Blæsbjerg

Author Kim Blæsbjerg presents a lecture based on his novel 'De bedste familier' (The Best Families), which explores two families connected to the chemical factory Cheminova and the culture of silence that characterizes his home region.

The novel was awarded the Jyllands-Posten Literary Prize in 2023 and was nominated for the DR Novel Prize in 2024. In 2024, Blæsbjerg also received De Gyldne Laurbær for the same book.

Kim Blæsbjerg was born in 1974, graduated from the Danish Writers' School in 1997, and holds a master's degree in Danish from the University of Copenhagen.
