Kim Blæsbjerg is a Danish author born in 1974, trained at the Danish Writers' School and holding a master's degree in Danish from the University of Copenhagen. He is best known for the novel 'De bedste familier', which follows two families connected to the pesticide factory Cheminova. The book won Jyllands-Postens Litteraturpris in 2023 and De Gyldne Laurbær in 2024.
