Tantra Intro Workshop

A free introductory tantra workshop with no prior experience required. The workshop is open to both singles and couples.

The programme includes an overview of the seven chakras through tantra techniques for each energy centre, plus an introduction to how tantra relates to work, relationships and erotic desire as part of a spiritual practice. There is also a focus on how tantra can transform couple relationships and intimacy.

Instructors from the subsequent Intensive Tantra Course are present: they share personal experiences and answer questions. Tea and snacks are served throughout the evening.
