Ensomhedscharter Odense, the Red Cross, and Musikbiblioteket present a series of singing afternoons at Musikbiblioteket in Borgernes Hus - Tuesdays 16:30-17:30. No singing experience or choir background required, just a desire to sing with others.

Rotating choir leaders and pianists lead the sessions, and the repertoire includes folk songs, well-known classics, and evergreens. Spaces are limited, so please arrive early.

About the venue: Musikbiblioteket

Musikbiblioteket is a department of Odense Central Library and has been housed in Borgernes Hus at Odense railway station since November 2017. It holds Scandinavia's largest music collection available for public lending, open to all Danish citizens. Alongside CDs, vinyl and sheet music, the venue offers a recording studio, a rehearsal room (Let's Play) and a small stage for acoustic concerts. Staff - trained musicians and music librarians - run concerts, lectures, listening clubs and community singing events.
