Family Tour in Our Wild Wonderful World

Join a guided tour through the exhibition 'Wild Wonderful World' at child height, where you'll encounter meteorites from outer space, lions, polar bears, and snakes - and search for dinosaur remains and traces of extinct animals. Along the way, we explore the origins of the unicorn myth and the giant legend, and discover what mysterious objects reveal about how our understanding of nature has changed over time.

The tour concludes in the museum's natural history workshop, where you can touch skulls, taxidermied animals, insects, and minerals and study them under a microscope. You're welcome to stay in the workshop after the tour. Your ticket also grants access to the museum's other exhibitions the same day during opening hours.

Practical information
Duration: 1 hour including workshop activity. Target audience: children and adults - recommended from age 7, but all are welcome. Max. 20 participants. Wheelchair users can participate; please notify in advance via rundvisning@snm.ku.dk. Tickets must be presented upon arrival and cannot normally be exchanged or refunded. In case of cancellation, notification is sent via email from Billetto, and the ticket price is refunded automatically.
