About the venue: Madværkstedet

Madværkstedet is the café inside Plantagehuset on Plantagevej in Thisted, serving as a social hub for the building's users and visitors alike. It opened in 2017 as a social enterprise, staffed by trainees and people in flex-job arrangements who gain a foothold in the labour market through the work. The café puts local food culture and shared meals at the centre, including regular community dinners open to everyone.
