About: Hvalfugl

This Aarhus trio crafts drumless instrumental jazz that drifts between Nordic folk and atmospheric ambient - piano, harmonium, guitar and double bass weaving a quietly immersive sound. Fresh from winning Live Act of the Year at DMA Jazz 2025 and releasing their ambitious double album, Hvalfugl rank among Denmark's most sought-after jazz acts on stage.
