Radical Creativity - Exercises in Resonance

Three Saturday workshops in autumn 2026 for everyone - regardless of background or experience. Drawing on Hartmut Rosa's resonance theory, we explore how artistic approaches can be used in everyday life. Rosa describes resonance as "a vibrating thread, where we stand before a part of the world that both calls to us and which we actively answer" - an experience of being transformed in the encounter with what calls.

Through concrete exercises in writing, sound and movement, we train the ability to let go of control, listen long enough and open ourselves to what calls. We work with improvisation, pulse and bodily experience and conclude with shared reflection on the balance between control and resonance.

The workshops are part of the concept Radical Creativity - ten focal points on fundamental principles for a creative way of being in the world, developed over more than ten years of experience teaching creative processes. Instructors are Sofie Kragh-Müller, literary author and long-time writing teacher, former founder and director of Forfatterskolen PS! for the psychologically vulnerable - and Ditte Rønn Poulsen, composer, rhythmic singer and musician with two decades of teaching experience. Ditte has written music for the performative choral work 'De Levende' (text by Sofie Kragh-Müller), created sound design for DR Koncerthus and music and sound works for Rudolph Tegner's Museum and Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelts Museum.
