A sound bath with Anne Viese, designed especially for those whose minds race and find it hard to be present in their bodies. You'll learn simple techniques to ground your awareness in your body while singing bowls create vibrations, sounds, harmonies and frequencies that help calm your mind.

No prior experience is needed - just bring a willingness to lie down on a mat or bring your own mattress and take a break.

Oasen - Nuets Center is a wellness and therapy house on Thorsgade in Odense, where massage therapists, coaches, yoga teachers and other practitioners rent space on a full- or part-time basis. The centre has seven treatment rooms and a 60 m² hall with changing and shower facilities. Events include yoga, Qi Gong, lectures, meditation and sound sessions, so clients can access a range of treatments under one roof.
