Module 2 in the sound bowl wellness course series focuses on using sound bowls for sound baths in water. This course is for you if you struggle to feel grounded because you're "too much in your head", or if you need a mental break combined with physical relaxation. No prior experience is required - just bring yourself and lie down on a mat or your own mattress while sound and singing bowls are set in motion, allowing sounds, harmonies and frequencies to help calm your mind.
