Denmark's First Moon Mission - Máni

Denmark's first moon mission - Máni is a lecture event featuring the mission leaders behind the Máni mission, which as Denmark's first space mission will leave Earth's orbit and travel to the Moon. From its orbit around the Moon, the satellite will map the Moon's surface in unprecedented detail, contributing to preparations for future astronaut and robotic missions.

The evening's two speakers are Jens Frydenvang, associate professor at the Globe Institute and moon and Mars researcher at the University of Copenhagen, and Peter Davidsen, Chief Technology Officer at Space Inventor. They will discuss the mission's opportunities and challenges - and what it demands in terms of technology, collaboration, and Denmark's space strategy.
