A guided sound meditation with Anne Viese designed for those who struggle to feel grounded because they spend too much time in their head. You'll learn simple techniques to bring your awareness into your body while sound, singing bowls, and frequencies help calm your mind. No experience needed - just bring yourself and a mat or cushion if you prefer.

The session takes place on Monday 17:00-18:30 at Nuets Center, Thorsgade 13, back building, 5000 Odense C. Free parking is available for 2 hours at Føtex.

About the venue: Oasen - Nuets Center

Oasen - Nuets Center is a wellness and therapy house on Thorsgade in Odense, where massage therapists, coaches, yoga teachers and other practitioners rent space on a full- or part-time basis. The centre has seven treatment rooms and a 60 m² hall with changing and shower facilities. Events include yoga, Qi Gong, lectures, meditation and sound sessions, so clients can access a range of treatments under one roof.
