"Strengthen Your Personal Leadership" with Lasse Zäll

Lasse Zäll has worked as a professional coach and sparring partner for business leaders since 1986. Over more than 35 years, he has advised top executives and board chairs through turnarounds and long-term strategic development. He was also one of Denmark's early sports psychologists, serving as mental coach for rowers Arne Nielsson and Christian Frederiksen when they won medals at the World Championships and Olympics, and as coach for the Danish Olympic team at Seoul 1988 and Barcelona 1992. He later founded Stifinder, which since 1994 has trained more than 2,600 leaders in Denmark and abroad.

Lasse rarely gives lectures anymore, but is making an exception this time. At the event, he speaks without notes about what it takes to succeed as a leader, how to find your own success pattern, which blind spots can hold you back, and how to act from the future ahead rather than leaning only on the past.

The event takes place on October 21, 2026 at Vejlsøhus in Silkeborg, 15:00-17:00. Doors open at 14:30 with coffee and informal conversation with the Stifinder team. Participant fee: 625 kr. including VAT plus booking fee.
