On 22 October 2026, 18:00-20:00, Jesper Bay-Hansen delivers the lecture "Hit with Hormones" at Copenhagen Sexology School. Limited to 35 participants.

Jesper Bay-Hansen is a specialist in general medicine, clinical sexology and couples therapy, as well as author of several books. At the sexology and couples therapy programmes, he teaches about male and female sexuality, sexual issues and dysfunctions, and sexual wellbeing and health.

The lecture focuses particularly on sex hormones in relation to menopause - including how hormonal changes can affect libido, energy, mood, sleep and joint and bone pain. Jesper reviews what options exist for individual hormonal adjustment and what this can mean for wellbeing and quality of life.
