Sound Bowl and Water Sound Course Module 1 with Anne Viese

A course in using sound bowls for wellness and sound in water. The instruction takes place at Audonicon, Grønnedalsvej 14 in Skanderborg, and is aimed at anyone interested in sound, tone, frequencies and resonance - whether you want to pamper yourself, work with balance in body and mind, or explore alternative healing methods.

In module 1, you will hold 1-2 sound bowls in your hands and work with sound experiences in water. No prior experience is required - you simply need to be willing to lie on a mat or bring your own mattress while sound and singing bowls are set in vibration to help calm your mind.

- Saturday 3 October, 13:00-15:45
- Wednesday 25 November, 19:15-22:00
