Baby Massage x Kids Kollektive

A baby massage session in collaboration with Kids Kollektive. Instructor Amira - baby massage therapist, baby treatment specialist and motor development advisor - will guide you gently through massage techniques, acupressure points and sensory stimulation that you can use at home afterwards. Everything happens at the baby's pace, with space for questions and individual guidance throughout.

Baby massage can strengthen the bond between you and your baby, promote relaxation and sleep, ease stomach discomfort, wind and constipation, relieve teething pain, and support sensory and motor development.

Najell's changing mat, sensory toys and baby-friendly massage oil are provided. It is recommended to bring a muslin cloth, a small baby blanket if your baby gets cold easily, and possibly a dummy or favourite toy. No prior experience is necessary.

After the session there is coffee and snacks ❤️
