Alex Nyborg Madsen (born 1 August 1960 in Frederiksværk) is a Danish singer, guitarist and radio host with a career spanning more than five decades. He first made his name as frontman of the heavy metal band Witch Cross in the 1980s, then moved through hard rock with Harlot and Savage Affair, Led Zeppelin tribute work with Led Zeppelin Jam, and Californian rock with Sing Sing Sing. His current project, A Circle Of Friends, marks a return to acoustic roots in americana, roots and alt-country; he also co-founded the independent radio station Radio Mars, which launched on 1 May 2024.
