Anja Ringgren Lovén

About

Anja Ringgren Lovén is a Danish humanitarian activist who founded the aid organisation DINNødhjælp and the children's centre Land Of Hope in Nigeria. Since 2012 she has worked to rescue children accused of witchcraft, who face abandonment and torture as a result. Her work has earned her international recognition, including from the Dalai Lama, and a documentary about her efforts premiered on HBO Max in 2024.
