The Dutch Swing College Band (DSCB) is a Dutch dixieland and swing ensemble founded on Liberation Day, 5 May 1945, by clarinettist Peter Schilperoort in The Hague. Turning professional in 1960, the band has since toured all five continents, won numerous international awards and recorded over 500 albums - making it the longest-running classic jazz band in the world. Bob Kaper has led the group since Schilperoort's death on 17 November 1990, and the band is widely remembered for performing the interval act at the Eurovision Song Contest 1976 in Den Haag.
DSCB released the anniversary album '80 years classic jazz' on 2 CD to mark the band's 80th anniversary.
The band released the live album 'Christmas time in New Orleans' on 2 CD in December 2024.
DSCB performed a concert on S.S. Rotterdam in Rotterdam on 24 November 2024.
The live album 'Live at the North Sea Jazz Festival' was released in 2024.
