Eva von Redecker is a German philosopher working in the tradition of Critical Theory, with a focus on social philosophy, feminism and critiques of property. Drawing on thinkers such as Hannah Arendt and Judith Butler, she is associated with the contemporary Frankfurt School. Her book *Revolution für das Leben* (2020) brought her wide attention, and *Dieser Drang nach Härte* (2026) examines the rise of authoritarian and fascist tendencies in contemporary societies.
