Hank Robot is the stage name of Kim "Kix" Jeppesen from Aarhus, the driving force behind punk and garage rock band Powersolo. Under the Hank Robot alias he performs solo or with his side project Hank Robot & the Ethnics, playing raw, chaotic punk with touches of psychobilly and surf - a sound the band calls "Donkey Punk". Since 1996, Powersolo has toured internationally and placed music in over 70 films and TV series, including the American shows True Blood and American Horror Story.
