Minako & Heine 4-Hand Piano Concert
Two classical pianists perform four-hand music on a single grand piano, blending original works and transcriptions with stories and surprises.
Heine Skov Jensen is a Danish classical pianist who grew up in Holstebro, where he took up the accordion at age eleven. He graduated from the soloist class at Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium in Aarhus in 2007, having studied with Jørgen Thomsen, John Damgaard and Matthijs Verschoor in Amsterdam, and has since performed as a soloist with the Aarhus Symphony Orchestra. Alongside work as a ballet accompanist, organist and teacher, he regularly performs in a piano duo with his wife Minako Jensen under the name Minako og Heine - a partnership with a combined keyboard experience of around 76 years.
