In the Footsteps of Proust - Concert Narrative with Ellen Hillingsø

The concert narrative "On the Trail of Proust" brings together actress Ellen Hillingsø and the duo Søndag Søndag around Marcel Proust's masterpiece In Search of Lost Time - one of world literature's most celebrated works, which Hillingsø has recently recorded as an audiobook.

The music is composed by Jesper Mechlenburg and Katrine Grarup Elbo, who together form Søndag Søndag. Mechlenburg is known among other things as composer for the TV series Carmen Curlers. The evening revolves around the work's central themes: love, society, darkness, sexuality, art and memory.
