Hørsholmkoret

About

Hørsholm-Koret is one of Denmark's oldest choirs, founded in 1896 and based in Hørsholm, north of Copenhagen. Around 40 singers perform four-part classical choral music under conductor Torsten Nielsen. Alongside regular concerts in churches and cultural venues, the choir tours roughly every other year and has performed across Europe.

    Hørsholm-Koret performed Fauré's Requiem in Hørsholm Church on April 22, 2026 with organist Knud Rasmussen, violinist Anna Munk-Nielsen and soloists Kristin Mulders (mezzo-soprano) and Torsten Nielsen (baritone).
