Internal Bleeding is a death metal band from Long Island, New York, founded in 1991 by guitarist Chris Pervelis. Widely credited as one of the originators of slam death metal, they debuted with 'Voracious Contempt' in 1995 and have released seven studio albums in total, most recently 'Settle All Scores' (2025) on Maggot Stomp. After disbanding in 2005, they reunited in 2011 and remain active.
