Jakob Vinkler

About

Jakob Vinkler is a Danish meal designer ("måltidsscenograf") and food artist based in Ebeltoft on Djursland. He is the artistic director of The Garden Studio and has created numerous cross-disciplinary projects that turn the meal itself into a stage and scenography. He previously ran the restaurant Smag and has collaborated with several theatres on performances blending food, music and storytelling.
