Ensemble Hermes: Gæstebud

Ensemble Hermes presents Gæstebud at Teatret Gruppe 38 in Aarhus on Saturday, 30 January 2027 at 5 p.m. This is one of six Danish dates for the ensemble, where string music, meals, and the words of Karen Blixen merge into a sensory evening. Throughout the concert, small, distinctive dishes are served alongside everyday fare such as øllebrød and klipfisk, transformed by the warmth of the strings - a journey from the ordinary to something approaching transcendence. Tickets cost 450-650 kr.
