Janus Templeton is a Danish-American drummer and composer regarded as one of the most in-demand jazz drummers in Scandinavia. He leads Trio Templeton alongside pianist Jacob Christoffersen and bassist Lasse Mørck, and has performed with figures including Svend Asmussen, Chris Cheek and saxophonist Jan Harbeck. Beyond the drum kit he plays double bass and sings, and has been a long-standing member of the Jacob Fischer Trio and the group Rosendal.Earle.Templeton.
