Jonas Tofterup is Denmark's only Master of Wine, a title held by fewer than 500 people worldwide. Together with his brother David, he produces quality wines in Spain under the Bodegas Trenza label. He is also an active wine educator, leading tastings and events focused on Spanish wine regions, terroir and winemaking.
