Cavinoen - A Winemaker's Table

An early autumn evening with Spanish wines, authentic tapas, and stories from the world of wine. On Saturday, September 5, No19 and Bodegas Trenza / Tofterup Brothers invite you to a special evening where wine becomes far more than what is poured into a glass. In the rustic event barn at No19, we gather around a long table for an evening filled with flavour, atmosphere, and presence. Spanish gastronomy, award-winning wines, live music, and inspiring stories meet in an experience that invites you into the heart of the wine world.

Meet the man behind the wines. The evening's host is Jonas Tofterup, Denmark's only Master of Wine - a title fewer than 500 people in the world have ever achieved. Together with his brother David, he stands behind Bodegas Trenza, which produces award-winning quality wines in Spain. With passion and deep insight, Jonas takes you on a journey through Spain's wine regions. You will taste selected wines, hear the stories behind the bottles, and gain a unique insight into grapes, terroir, wine production, and the small details that make each wine special. It is possible to purchase the wines after the event.

Welcome to Cavinoen. The evening also marks the beginning of Cavinoen - No19's new experience concept. Cavinoen is created for you who are curious about the world of wine. Through a series of exclusive evenings, we invite our guests on wine journeys to different countries and wine regions, where passionate winemakers share their stories, their craft, and of course their wines. The tables are set as shared long tables, so you will sit together with other guests. This is an intentional part of Cavinoen, where presence, good conversations, and new acquaintances are part of the experience.
