Juniper Fuse is a Danish-international chamber ensemble founded in 2022 by Canadian-Danish composer and pianist Matt Choboter. Its core members are saxophonist Lotte Anker, pianists Simon Toldam and Matt Choboter, and percussionists Matias Escudero Seibæk and Peter Bruun. The ensemble works at the intersection of composition and free improvisation, drawing on microtonal prepared pianos, Balinese gamelan tunings and South Indian rhythmic theory. Their debut album Nagual was released in June 2025 on the Austrian label KAIROS.
