Kaleidobolt are a heavy psych and prog-rock power trio from Helsinki, Finland, active since 2014. The band - Sampo Kääriäinen (guitar, vocals), Marco Menestrina (bass, vocals) and Mårten Gustafsson (drums) - releases on Svart Records and has built a reputation across Europe for intense, technically sharp live shows. Five studio albums in, they sit at the heavier, more frenetic end of the Finnish psychedelic rock scene.
Kaleidobolt released their fifth album 'Karakuchi' on March 6, 2026 via Svart Records - recorded live in the studio and produced by Niko Lehdontie (Oranssi Pazuzu).
The band confirmed a Portuguese concert date on October 12, 2026 as part of the Karakuchi tour.
The single 'Astro Boy / Ochanomizu' from the upcoming album 'Karakuchi' was released with a visualiser video in February 2026.
The single 'Tinkerbell' was released on October 10, 2025 via Svart Records with a music video directed by bassist Marco Menestrina.
Kaleidobolt played at Lygtens Kro in Copenhagen on November 7, 2025 as part of a short European tour.
