About the venue: Poolen

Poolen is a warehouse venue in a former B&W shipyard hall on Refshaleøen, wedged between an old dry dock and a scrapyard - hence the name. The hall, which previously housed the venue Stagebox, holds up to 2,500 standing guests and is run by the team behind Pumpehuset and Byhaven. The programme covers concerts, raves, parties and events, with professional sound and lighting and an 8×4.5 m LED screen.

The Aarhus-based Luftens Helte bring 20 musicians to the stage and breathe new life into the golden-age animated film hits - from The Lion King to Frozen - with the full orchestral sound of the original films. Nominated for the GAFFA Award, the band has toured to sold-out venues across Denmark for two consecutive seasons.
