Katrine Engberg (born 1975) is a Danish crime writer who came to fiction after a career as a dancer, choreographer and actress. Her 2016 debut The Tenant launched the Copenhagen detective series featuring Jeppe Kørner and Anette Werner, followed by a second series centred on private investigator Liv Jensen. Her books have been published in more than 30 countries and reached bestseller lists in Germany, the USA, Norway and beyond.
Tandfeen is released on September 1, 2026 by Gyldendal - Engberg's first book at the new publishing house and a standalone crime novel with completely new characters.
Katrine Engberg switches publishing house and enters into an agreement with Gyldendal about upcoming crime novels.
The Undesirables' Paradise is released on March 13, 2025 - the third and final installment in the Liv Jensen series.
