Lulu Rouge is a Copenhagen-based electronic duo formed by DJ T.O.M. (Thomas Bertelsen) and Buda (Torsten Jacobsen), both long-standing figures in the Danish club and electronica scene. Their 2008 debut "Bless You" and the 2013 follow-up "The Song Is in the Drum" established a signature sound the duo describes as "deeply melancholic" - dub-rooted, cinematic and bass-heavy. Collaborators have included Trentemøller, Mikael Simpson, Asbjørn and Annisette Koppel.
Lulu Rouge announced via Bandcamp that a new album is coming in 2026.
"The Song Is in the Drum" from 2013 is being re-released on vinyl in a limited edition pressing in Denmark.
