Magali Michaut is a French singer-songwriter from Cergy-Pontoise who weaves chanson française, folk and classical music into a distinctly personal sound. Trained as a violinist at the Conservatoire de Cergy-Pontoise and holding a PhD in bioinformatics, she has lived and performed across Europe and beyond - including Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Toronto. Her second album, *Prendre de la hauteur*, came out on 27 March 2026 on her own label, Chansons en boucle.
