Marie Key (born Marie Key Kristiansen, 1979) is a Danish singer-songwriter who broke through with her solo album "De her dage" in 2012, a 4× platinum record that reached #1 on the Danish album chart. Known for intimate, melodic pop in Danish, she has released a string of albums, most recently "På vej hjem" (2024), made in close collaboration with bassist Jonathan Bremer. In 2013 she won six Danish Music Awards and the P3 Guld prize, cementing her place as one of Denmark's most prominent pop voices.
Marie Key released the single "Feels Like a Dream" on May 30, 2025 - the first taste of an upcoming new album made with Jonathan Bremer and three members of the jazz quintet Tabloid.
For the first time in six years, Marie Key went on a summer tour with her band around Denmark and played songs from "On the Way Home" as well as classics from the back catalog.
Marie Key and Jonathan Bremer are working on completing their third joint album, which is expected to be released in the fall.
