Minako & Heine 4-Hand Piano Concert
Two classical pianists perform four-hand music on a single grand piano, blending original works and transcriptions with stories and surprises.
Minako Jensen is a Japanese-born classical pianist who grew up in Japan and began playing the piano at the age of four. A childhood fascination with Denmark and H.C. Andersen eventually brought her to the country, where she trained at the Royal Academy of Music in Jutland and Southern Denmark under John Damgaard and Christina Bjørkøe, graduating from the soloist class in 2013. She performs widely across Denmark as a soloist, accompanist, and in a four-hand piano duo with her husband, pianist Heine Skov Jensen, under the name Koncertpianisterne.
Minako and Heine performed a New Year's concert at Notmark Church in January 2026.
The duo performed at Klassisk Christiansfeld in the Søsterhuset choir hall on 7 October 2025.
Minako and Heine gave a parish afternoon concert at Vojens Church in April 2025.
The concert pianists performed at Galten Parish Hall on 19 March 2025.
