Morten Hertz is a Danish jazz musician from Sorø who plays trombone and sings. He is a core member of Henning Munk & Plumperne, a band with more than two decades on the Danish jazz circuit, drawing on the New Orleans tradition of Sidney Bechet and Louis Armstrong. Alongside his performing career, he runs Hertz Music A/S, a specialist instrument shop in Sorø.
