Omrum is a Danish-Norwegian jazz quartet built on a flat, leaderless structure - four musicians who meet as equals. Their music moves between composed material and free improvisation, featuring Erik Kimestad on trumpet, Mads Hyhne on trombone, Richard Andersson on double bass and Jakob Høyer on drums. Their debut album Bringer of Light was nominated for the German Jazz Prize in the international debut category.
