Poul Krebs celebrates his 70th birthday with one of his career's most ambitious tours: 70 concerts across Denmark throughout the year.
Palle Hjorth is a Danish keyboard player rooted in the Hammond organ tradition, trained at the rhythmic department of the Jutland Music Conservatory. He has appeared on over 200 albums and is a regular collaborator with artists including Peter Sommer, The Savage Rose, Povl Dissing and Poul Krebs. In 2014 he received the critics' Steppeulv award as musician of the year. Press reviewers have dubbed him "the organ virtuoso" and "the organ wizard", though he describes himself simply as a "keyboard nerd".

Peter Sommer and Palle Hjorth performed in February 2025 at Sidesporet and were working according to the review simultaneously on new songs for an upcoming album.
Palle Hjorth contributed to Poul Krebs' album Fuldtidsforhåbninger (2025) and is a permanent member of the band on Krebs' major 70-concerts tour in 2026.
At the end of July 2024, Palle Hjorth suffered a blood clot in his heart during a performance at Bork Festival and had to undergo emergency surgery; he subsequently announced on Instagram that his body was "reasonably well again".
Palle Hjorth was involved in producing and playing on the VÆRDAG project, whose first single 'Hjemve' was released in spring 2024.
