Purple Parade is a Danish Prince tribute orchestra based in Aarhus, formed in the weeks following Prince's death on 21 April 2016. The eight-piece band is fronted by vocalist Søren Kybelund, whose voice closely mirrors the original, and covers a wide sweep of Prince's catalogue - from "Purple Rain" and "Kiss" to "When Doves Cry" - with carefully rehearsed vocal harmonies and high-energy instrumental solos.
Purple Parade plays at Musikhuset Dexter in Odense on April 12, 2026 as part of the 10th anniversary of Prince's death.
