Rubber Band is a Danish Beatles tribute band founded in 1979 under the name Billerne, at a time when covering the Beatles was widely considered near-blasphemous. They later renamed themselves after the album Rubber Soul and are now regarded as Scandinavia's leading Beatles band. Over the decades they have performed at festivals of 30,000+, appeared in Bille August's films 'Zappa' and 'Twist and Shout', and sold over 100,000 copies of their Christmas album 'The Beatmas' across Denmark, Canada, Japan and East Asia.
