Sko/Torp is a Danish pop-rock duo formed in 1989 by vocalist Søren Sko and guitarist Palle Torp, who met at a jam session at Aarhus University. Their debut album 'On a Long Lonely Night' (1990) sold over 200,000 copies, setting a record as the best-selling Danish debut album of all time. The duo won two Danish Grammy Awards in 1991 and has sold around 400,000 albums in total. After splitting in 1997, they reunited in 2004 and have since maintained a busy touring schedule of roughly 80-90 shows a year.
