Søren Bigum is a Danish guitarist from Fredericia, widely known by his nickname "Piper", coined by music journalist Kim Skotte. He is a core member of the dream pop group Our Broken Garden, signed to the British label Bella Union, and has collaborated extensively with Peter Sommer, Jonah Blacksmith and Mike Tramp. He also works as a professional musician at the Royal Danish Theatre and teaches at the Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Copenhagen.
