5. Bogbussen

About the venue

5. Bogbussen is the mobile library run by Randers Bibliotek, stopping in Havndal as one of 22 locations across the municipality. Delivered in 2009, the bus carries around 4,000 items - novels, non-fiction, picture books, magazines, DVDs and games for all ages. Besides lending, it also hosts local book cafés and other outreach events. Patrons can reserve materials to their preferred stop and even pick up hearing-aid batteries on board.
