Anarkist Beer & Food Lab is set in the historic Albani Brewery buildings on Albanigade in Odense, a site with over 160 years of brewing history. The venue runs its own microbrewery, Theodor Schiøtz Brewing Company, and keeps 20+ taps pouring craft beers - mainly from Funen breweries. The kitchen operates as a rotating pop-up, changing several times a year to let local chefs test new concepts. Alongside food and beer, Anarkist hosts events ranging from Comedy Nights to live concerts.
