Borgersalen is the main hall in Borgerhuset i Tinglev, housed in the former town hall building from 1967-1977, designed by the architectural firm Friis og Moltke. The hall seats 54 in its standard layout and can be expanded with a stage from the adjoining activity room. Borgerhuset is part of Kulturhuse & Biblioteker Aabenraa and serves associations, organisations and interest groups hosting meetings, lectures and larger events. Tinglev Bibliotek shares the same building.
