Tinglev Bibliotek is a branch of Kulturhuse & Biblioteker Aabenraa, housed in the Borgerhuset community centre on Tinglev Midt. The library offers books, audiobooks, films and digital media, along with study spaces and free internet access. Regular events include lectures, workshops and a language café. The local history archive for Tinglev is also based in the building.
